Jonothan Rubock's work has been featured at Bar SK many times, including One Button Nipple Golf, a simple golf game played on the erotic selfies of himself and others. He's currently working on an all-bird MMO, allowing players to connect online as birds on the beach.

Ian MacLarty is a videogame developer with an interest in small-scope experimental designs. His abstract art game The Catacombs of Solaris won the 2018 Freeplay award. Bethany Wilksch is a graphic and web designer by trade and a fine artist in her spare time. Her abstract paintings were exhibited at Contours 2017. Bethany's best 10km time is 53:38 and Ian's is 1:01:59.

POTLUCK COLLECTIVE

Potluck Collective is a small group of mixed media artists in Perth, Western Australia. Known for their relaxed and welcoming house parties, the collective have enabled the local scene to create short-form games and share them with friends. Their events showcase varieties of media, encouraging overlaps and experimentation. They brew a good home brew as well.

Hi! I'm Leura, an Australian game dev, who's keen on making stuff for women and people who don't usually play games. At the moment I'm working on a game called Pigeon Game (a game about holding pigeons). I'm also a firm believer that DS games are the best kinds of games. I think that's about it! Olivia Haines is a Melbourne based developer with a stunning visual aesthetic full of colour and playfulness. She has been commissioned for works by Freeplay and other Melbourne-based events.

ANDREW GLEESON

Andrew Gleeson was almost banned from Bar SK but snuck back into our hearts with an array of imaginative and well made games. He has previously worked on titles such as Titan Souls and Witch Way, and recently adapted a party game exclusively for the SK New Years Eve party.

SEPTEMBER
ANDREW BROPHY

Andrew Brophy is a game designer from Melbourne. He is ½ of Hovergarden and ⅞ of the videogame Knuckle Sandwich.

OCTOBER
KALONICA QUIGLEY

Kalonica Quigley is a 3D artist and game maker currently working on a number of projects in Melbourne. Her previous works show her care and personality and have been displayed at events both locally and internationally. She seems to like bugs a lot.

NOVEMBER
NICO DISSELDORP

Nico Disseldorp is one of the four core members of Melbourne development studio House House, currently working on their second major title. Personally Nico creates mathematical toys, and was commissioned by London festival Now Play This as part of their 2017 line-up. Nico is most proud of his invention Plain Tea, previously known as hot water.
